It's been a long time but Castlevaina is not out for the ZX Spectrum.
It looks and sounds amazing. I look forward to paying it soon.

The music is great but holy crap there's wayyyyy too much dialogue. That would be the real fear for me - bumping into a friendly character who wants to talk to me!

Yeah they tried to add in a RPG element to it, doesn't bother me I quite like them (I still play Neverwinter nights, and Wizardry :cool: but I don't think it's needed for this type of game. But then Dizzy had a far bit of text too.
