No. You have to fix the rails, then light the dynamite.

[/quote]You can get matches from mr jones by giving him another item. Then you will need to fix part of the track near where you put the explosives. Hope that helps.
Thanks for your help earlier Dr Titus, however I'm now really stuck.
I have been running around for ages trying to solve the puzzles but not getting anywhere. I have: screwdriver (used once), cage with rat (used once), scuba gear and flipper (used a lot), plier (used to get all bars), branch, crowbar (used once), full bucket of water (used twice), knife.
puzzles: getting into the rooms in the castle, getting past the fountain of the boy, getting the keys out of the stags mouth, getting the hammer, getting past the eagle in the cave, getting into the abandoned, getting the final piece of the scroll, getting up to the clouds by the graveyard, getting any other keys.

I can't reach it because I don't know how to get on the dead clouds.

I've already done that. I got the key for the barn, where I got the middle part of the scroll. I still need the third.

Oh for gods sake, think i need the idiots guide to fixing this rail part, been all over that part with everything i've got, even tried getting behind where you put the dynamite with no luck, idiot proof help please someone :sad:

Sorry guys i'm just not getting this bit, been all over the map with the pickaxe and got nothing, driving myself potty over this bit, even been over by the abandoned warehouse where the other avalanche room is and down the explosion site, through the grill in the water, its driving me completely potty {dizzy}:frown:

You can use the pickaxe: in the area above where you can travel on the rail cart past the crusher. Its up above beside a drilling machine and one of them annoying insects. Hope this helps as it took me ages to find out this puzzle
