I guess it will be more useful when the English version is out, but anyway I decided to try out the Russian version.
Unfortunately I don't understand everything, but I'm able to get a clue about what's going on. Anyway, I've only found the suction cup and I don't know what to do with it. There are some items on balconies, but I can't get there, the windowpane is too high.
Amazing graphics anyway. The scrolling can be a bit distracting, but I decided to leave it turned on - it allows more flexibility in choosing the best positions for screenshots. "A Pirate's Life Dizzy" also has scrolling, but it doesn't have screen names - "Night at the Museum" may be the only game I know with both screen titles and scrolling (not that assigning names to every screen is common, it's mostly known from Dizzy games...).

I thought it's called suction cup - source: Cochs Pensjonat in Oslo*. I spoke either Norwegian or English with the receptionist (English when my mother was participating in the conversation as well). We had some problems with the shower outflow and the name "suction cup" was mentioned. Anyway, we both understood what was meant, but neither of us knew what is this tool called in our mother tongues - he didin't know what it's called in Norwegian and I'm still not sure what it's called in Polish.
*by the way, the pensionat was close to the Royal Palace. My mom joked we should create an amateur "fotomontage" to make the two buildings look really next to each other and give it the title "Our neighbor the King".

Sorry, but both replies are in a format I can’t decode. I guess it was written in Russian, but it’s displayed as random-looking Latin letters and I can’t find a converter which would read it.

This is not Russian, it's spam)
Russian language is as 'Это пример надписи на русском языке. Привет всем любителям Диззи!'

Btw, I still don’t know what to do. Just one item… I can’t do anything to the stone because it’s right under the sign, so pressing enter only rereads it…

You found a potion?
you gave it to the superintendent of the museum?
Btw, I thought Russian alphabet wouldn't be displayed right in this coding, but it works OK... However, Windows doesn't display it right - I mean the top bar (navy blue in traditional view, light blue in a newer version - I use traditional view) with window title. The same characters as in those spam messages are displayed instead of, I think, "Dizzi - noch v musee (RUS) v. 1.0"
Objects? Ring, suction cup, screwdriver and rusty nail. It's a small game indeed, so no huge collection of objects like recently in "Snow Queen".
Radio in it will help you.
