Hello folks, we're back.
And just in time for Dizzy's 38th Anniversary!
Sorry for the unannounced closure of this site, we had the decorators in again.
But this time with a different layout.
Here's a guide on what you can find on the new site menu:
-- HISTORY
A brief history on Dizzy which no longer looks like it was suspiciously copied from Wikipedia.
-- CHARACTERS
A page describing nearly all the known characters in the Dizzy series.
More characters are yet to be added.
-- ADVENTURES
The Official Games and Fan Games are all located there.
-- PLAY ONLINE
The usual online games are there, and the link to Crystal Kingdom will now take you to the 2025 Redux version.
-- MUSEUM
All official Dizzy content like Scans, Old merchandise, Audio and Old Development Documents are found there.
-- COMMUNITY
The Forum, Links page and various content made by fans are all found there, including the Resources page for fan game developers.
Also in the Community section, there is a new page added called "Community Upload".
On that page you can now submit any Dizzy-related content for us to add to the site, like Fan Games or Fan Art etc.
We cannot accept anything with Adult content.
As things currently stand, a few existing pages are yet to be added to their respective sections.
We are aware that some parts of the site on Tablet or Mobile devices look either messy or misaligned, these will be looked into whenever possible.
As for the Forums, I don't know if that E-mail problem has been resolved.
But just in case, we've disabled the activation E-mail feature and have set up a Manual Approval system.
Which means once you register, you won't be able to login until an admin activates your account manually - a feature which should work now.
Also, various forum features like polls, attachments etc. are currently not available.
As far as I'm aware, the missing/urgent features will be looked into in due course.
Aside from that, the forums are now open as usual.
Lastly, the Shop is temporarily closed until further notice.
If you're looking for our Dizzy The Adventurer remake, its still available on our Itch page.
As ever, we'd like to read your suggestions or feedback on the new look site.
Or if anything isn't working or loading properly, you can contact us on either social media.
Or E-mail - dizzy@yolkfolk.com - assuming the address is still working properly.
Any further updates regarding this site, we will post it in the News section.
